Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipment confirmation on day of shipment. If you have trouble placing an order or do not receive it, please contact us via e-mail at Service@Fivestripes.com or by phone at 609-394-0300.

Payment Options

We accept payment by credit card only (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). Your credit card account is charged with a secure server on the day your order is processed.

New Jersey Sales Tax

All purchases are tax-exempt except orders shipped to New Jersey. Orders shipped to New Jersey are assessed a 7% Sales Tax charged to your credit card account at checkout.

Delivery Options

All orders are shipped via UPS. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and you must provide a street address for proper delivery. At this time, we offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air to the Continental United States. We offer UPS Ground to Canada. Fivestripes does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US Protectorates or international destinations other than Canada.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and you may return items for refund or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Note that exchanges will incur additional shipping charges, and shipping charges on returned items are not refundable. Note that all SALE purchases on the SALE page are final.

When returning goods, please include the invoice/packing slip and any exchange request or other instructions. Carefully re-pack items in the original packaging and shipping carton. Fivestripes does not refund or exchange damaged or used merchandise.

Product Defects and Shipping Errors:

If the product you received is defective, or if we made a mistake fulfilling your order, we will be happy to send you replacement items or fully reimburse you for the total amount of your invoice. In that event, please contact us, and a UPS call tag will be issued for the pickup of returned items. Replacement items will be shipped to you or credit card charges refunded according to your preference.

Please note: Fivestripes does not consider as defective any color inconsistency between the product you see on your computer screen and the items you receive. Color matching inconsistencies are accepted due to differences in computer monitor calibration. Fivestripes.com appreciates your understanding of the internet's limitations.

Damage in Transit:

If your merchandise is damaged during shipping, a damage claim must be filed with the carrier. When receiving a shipment, always inspect the shipping carton for any sign of damage. If the mishandling of your shipment has damaged your merchandise, notify UPS at the time of delivery and keep all original packaging material for inspection. Notify us so we can assist with any damage claim.
