Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Depending on the shipping address and the UPS shipping method you select, you will receive your order for all in-stock items within 1-6 business days of the ship date.

After placing your order, you will receive confirmation that your order has been processed. You will also be notified when your order has been shipped.

If you do not receive your order, please contact us at Service@Fivestripes.com and provide us with your order number and contact information (if other than e-mail).

Payment Options

We accept payment by credit card only (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). Your credit card is charged with a secure server on the day we process your order.

Shipping Method and Charges

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, and you must provide a street address for proper delivery. At this time, we ship UPS Ground to the continental United States and Canada. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico must be UPS 2nd Day.

Continental United States: $7.00 UPS Ground
Canada: $15.00 UPS Ground
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: $20.00 UPS 2nd Day

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and we do our best to fill your order accurately and according to the highest quality control standard. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any items for refund within 15 days of purchase (no exceptions). Please see below for Return and Exchange conditions. Note that all SALE purchases are final.

To return or exchange items, please email us at Service@Fivestripes.com , tell us why you are returning merchandise, and include the order/invoice number, any exchange request, and your contact information (if other than email), and we will assist you with the return process. When returning goods for refund or exchange, carefully re-pack your order in the original packaging material along with the packing slip. Fivestripes.com does not accept returns or exchanges of damaged or used merchandise.

Product Defects and Shipping Errors:

If the product is defective or we made a mistake fulfilling your order, we will be happy to send you replacement items or fully reimburse you for the total amount of your invoice including shipping costs. After you notify us, a UPS call tag will be issued for the pickup of returned items. On receipt of returned goods, we will ship the replacement items or reverse your credit card charges according to your preference.

Please note: Fivestripes does not consider as defective any color inconsistency between the product you see on your computer screen and the items you receive. Color matching inconsistencies are accepted due to differences in computer monitor calibration. We have done our best to minimize such color variations and appreciate your understanding of the limitations of the Internet medium.

Damage in Transit:

If merchandise is damaged during shipping, you must file a damage claim with the carrier. When receiving a shipment, always inspect the shipping carton for any sign of damage. If the mishandling of your shipment has damaged the merchandise, notify UPS at the time of delivery and keep all original packing for inspection. Also, notify our customer service department at Service@Fivestripes.com so we can assist you with the damage claim.

Exchanges:

If you are exchanging merchandise, you will be refunded for items returned in good condition in their original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable for exchanges. After we receive exchange items in good condition, we will ship you replacements of your choice and email you a statement reflecting additional shipping costs. Note that all SALE purchases are final.

Returns (Cancellation and Refund):

After we receive returned items in good condition, we will email you a statement reflecting the reversal of charges for returned items. Shipping charges are not refundable. Note that all SALE purchases are final.
